Time for a professional, responsible partner

Anton Federov is Head of Development at CerQlar. He was the company’s third employee in 2020 and has seen the company grow significantly in the years since, to approximately 40 employees. Many tasks related to workplace management fell on Anton’s plate, and that was taking up more and more of his time. “We started looking for a partner to manage our infrastructure because our startup was growing rapidly, and doing everything ourselves quickly became impossible and took too much attention away from the business. But the most important and decisive factor was that we felt valued during the sales discussions, whereas with other parties we felt more like a pesky fly on the wall.” Root3 has since rolled out Apple Managed Services at CerQlar, and 90% of the operational tasks related to laptops, Google Cloud, and onboarding activities are now handled exclusively by Root3. “One of the main advantages of working with Root3 is that we’ve been able to delegate our workplace-related IT matters, allowing us to focus on our core business.”

Ideally, he would also entrust security matters and other (non-Apple) environment management to Root3 in the future.
