What types of organizations are your solutions suitable for? Root3 focuses on business organizations, educational institutions, and healthcare providers with approximately 25 to 150 users, but our services scale much further. We also manage complex international environments with thousands of Macs.
Do you also work with our in-house IT department? Yes. We can handle all aspects of management or share responsibilities with your in-house IT team. This way, we provide exactly the expertise and capacity you need internally, without duplicating efforts.
Do you only handle Apple device management? No. Apple is our core area of expertise, but Root3 is a full-service IT provider. We also work with cloud environments, servers, networks, identity management, and security. This allows us to take a comprehensive view of the entire IT environment surrounding your users.
Can you also help with hybrid environments that use both Apple and Windows? Yes. Many organizations use multiple platforms. We ensure that Apple works seamlessly within the existing IT infrastructure and integrates with business platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
Do you sell Apple hardware? No. We do that intentionally. We do, however, provide advice on the right devices, configurations, and lifecycle management for your organization.
