Managed Productivity and Identity

Secure access and well-designed productivity tools for every employee.

Identity determines who has access to what

Every organization uses Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other cloud applications on a daily basis. Behind the scenes, there are accounts, access rights, licenses, and company data that must all be properly aligned.

When an employee leaves the company, accounts and permissions must be revoked. And you want to prevent employees from having the wrong permissions. With effective identity and productivity management, you can keep these processes manageable and secure.

Secure access for every employee

With Managed Productivity and Identity, we manage users, access rights, and productivity tools through a single, integrated approach.

We set up Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and manage the key aspects related to users and access, such as accounts, groups, licenses, and security policies. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra verification step when signing in. In Google Workspace, this is called 2-Step Verification (2SV). Single Sign-On (SSO) lets employees sign in once to access multiple applications.

Employees are granted the appropriate access, changes to roles are implemented, and when an employee leaves the company, accounts and permissions are revoked in a timely manner.

The benefits of Managed Productivity and Identity

Ensure that all users have the appropriate access to the work environment.
Secure access
We set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), an additional identity check when signing in, and Single Sign-On (SSO), which lets employees access multiple applications after signing in once. We also configure access policies. This ensures that employees have access to the applications they need, while allowing you to maintain control over access to company data.
Faster onboarding
New employees are assigned the appropriate accounts, groups, licenses, and access rights according to a set process. This allows IT to set up new users more quickly and with less manual work.
Working at your best
We centrally manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including users, settings, licenses, and security. This ensures that your work environment remains up-to-date and secure.
Smart license management
We map out licenses and usage and identify unused or duplicate licenses. This helps you avoid unnecessary costs and gives you a better overview of your software usage.
Immediate offboarding
Upon termination of employment, we immediately revoke accounts and access rights. Licenses are released, and access to company data is terminated in accordance with the agreed-upon process.

What does Managed Productivity and Identity include?

Users, access, licenses, and productivity tools—from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace—all under one umbrella.

  • Identity and access management

The foundation for secure access to systems and data. We configure digital identities, roles, and permissions so that every user has access to what they need to perform their job.

  • Microsoft and Google

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are at the heart of the digital workplace. We properly configure users, settings, licenses, and security policies and keep them up to date.
  • Single Sign-On and multi-factor authentication

With Single Sign-On, employees sign in once to access linked applications. Multi-factor authentication adds an extra verification step when signing in. In Google Workspace, this is called 2-Step Verification.
  • Email signature management

A professional and up-to-date look in every email. Templates, brand guidelines, and contact information are managed centrally and automatically applied to the appropriate employees.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between identity management and productivity management? Identity management is about who has access to what. Productivity management focuses on the tools employees use every day, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. By managing both together, users, access, licenses, and applications are better aligned.
Does this work with Apple devices? Yes. This is a key part of our approach. Apple devices can be integrated with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and existing identity and security systems. This aligns device management, identity, and access.
What does Single Sign-On mean for employees? With Single Sign-On (SSO), an employee signs in once using the central company account. After that, the employee can securely access the linked applications without having to enter a password each time.
Can you also help with a migration to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace? Yes. We can provide support for migrations, setup, and integrations. For larger or more complex projects, we bring in our consultants. After implementation, we can take over day-to-day management.
Does this service help with ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR? A well-designed identity and productivity environment supports key security measures, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), an extra verification step when signing in, access management, and control over user permissions. In Google Workspace, this extra check is called 2-Step Verification (2SV). The service can contribute to your security policy and compliance. Whether your organization meets all requirements depends on its overall setup and operating procedures.
What happens when an employee leaves the company? We follow a set process. Accounts are blocked, access rights are revoked, and licenses are released or terminated in accordance with the agreements in place. In combination with Managed Workplace, we can also remove the associated device from management or prepare it for reuse.
